Cancellation Policy

Fishing trips are booked on a first come, first served basis. A credit card is required to reserve your trip; however, you may choose how you wish to pay on the day of the charter.

You may cancel your trip up to two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled trip date without penalty. Once you are within the two-week window, your trip is considered confirmed. If you cancel within this period or fail to show up for your trip, 50% of the total trip cost will be charged to the card on file.

In the event of inclement weather, the decision to leave the dock is at the sole discretion of Captain Aaron. If Captain Aaron cancels the trip due to unsafe conditions, you will not be responsible for any payment. All weather-related decisions are made with the safety of passengers and the vessel as the top priority.
